About Stefani

I’m a practicing, board-certified family physician and health and wellness coach dedicated to helping clients achieve clarity, balance, and sustainable well-being. I bring a unique blend of medical expertise and coaching training, including certification as an executive coach through Michigan Medicine and as a Certified Total Well-Being Coach and meditation instructor.

Despite external markers of success and leadership recognition, I found myself exhausted, with clear signs of chronic stress—perhaps much like where you are now. Real change began only when I committed to true self-care and started making life and career decisions aligned with who I am.

Now, I help others break that cycle. Whether you’re navigating change, pursuing meaningful goals, or seeking deeper fulfillment, I’m here to guide and support you as we create a path that reflects your values and supports a more intentional way of living.
